How to Embed a YouTube Video into a message

Step 1- Go to the YouTube video you want to add.

Step 2- Go to the URL and copy the embed ID

An Embed ID is the alphanumeric sequence at the end of the URL after the "=". This is easily found within the page URL.

Example: If your URL is "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSp9rkjB-dg", you'll only copy "kSp9rkjB-dg".

Do NOT use the full url. Only grab the Embed ID.

Step 3- Go to you message and in the image section, select video and YouTube. Paste the Embed Id into the field.

Step 4- Click off of the field so it unhighlights. This will save your update.

Step 5- Preview your message.
